ol-ext: Geoportail routing control

hide ol.control.SearchGeoportail is a control to search place using the Geoportail API.

• You need an API key (get a key see documentation page).
• Use shift-click ± button to add a new line in the destination list.
• Use ctrl-click ± button to remove a destination.

ol.control.SearchGeoportail use the ol.control.Search control.
